§§ 18:1-101 and 104 Transfer of Development Rights

To amend the Transferable Development Rights (TDR) standards to allow a transferor parcel, designated as Open Space, to be subdivided through the administrative subdivision process to accommodate lot line adjustments, but not to be reconfigured or for the creation of a new lot.
